What's special in candle light dinner ?

hello friends I have heard from a lot of peoples that they have a dream to enjoy a candle light dinner with her girlfriend/boyfriend...even I have the same dream...but I am confused why this candle light dinner is so popular among us...is there is any difference between a simple dinner and with a candle....?

ahhh !! I wish i would do it with my beloved, till just watched in movies and elsewhere .. so can't say exactly how does it exactly feel like .. must be very romantic.

It's a classic and romantic set-up. A "tradition", if you will, and we've just kind of stuck with it for the past 50 years or so. *shrugs*
