Well, you should think about this before it happens. Maybe write down what you need to do. It's just nerves, and it's something you have to get past. Good luck!

You have to plan and make a flow chart of what might be the outcome of your decision A against decision B. Remember before you jump to another step make sure that the step before it was done. Make a lists of what need to be done. Carefully examine what you have listed. Check the things you can do until you have come up with the least and sums it up if you can really do it.

yes , if you were in the situations, i think you should think over about the things you would do before your actions, especially the troubles and difficulties would happened. so when you actually work on it, you'll find you are well prepared, and can overcome the difficulties easily.

Its funny you say this. I just accepted a job position where I am responsible for 10 employees, a .5 million dollar budget and 500 kids to feed daily. At first I also had a hard time making day to day decisions and questioned if this is where I really want to be. After time as you gain more and more responibility you gain more self-confidence, not about how you look or talk, but confidence in your decision making process.
All is well everything takes time. If you can get into a leadership and managment position this will definately help you in the future.
