If you ever notice when you read the Bible stories are short. and all the character in the Bible credit or naming them are only those who are first and the second born those are the only children given a name as brothers and woman of those times are not counted as a member of the society. They are merely there, a piece of a man's belonging or treasure. To think that Adam and Eve lived hundred years old. Eve given a name in the Bible because she is the first, other woman who is not born first have no name in the society. At that time even a woman is the first born, but a boy born next to her that boy will be the first of the clan. That way of thinking spread up the last part of the Old Testament, so in the new Testament it is there who emphasized that woman are equal with man "Son of God born by a woman". If you look further New Testament named more woman than the old testament. So Adam and Eve made lots of Sons and daughter spread allover the globe but they are not being named. So we are all brothers and Sisters.

Nice question, lol...
At that time there is no such word like that. It is Gods willing to fill the world with his creation. You can read alot of that doings in the Old Testament, because it was the beginning of creation. Laws about not to marry your sister or brother is from the new age, the only rules then was not to commit adultery. meaning if someone have already married with someone, hands off with him or her. But you can still read in the Bible that if your brother die, leave his wife and children with no man on her side, it is by the law to marry your brothers wife whether you like it or not and take care of his children. There are some context/stories from the Old Testament stating that there's 3 sisters never been marry because there's no man on the their land but they need to continue their clan so they dicided to get laid with their father. At those times number of children in on household is their treasure, because the beginning of the creation they are building a country, not just a family, like the Judes, israelites, and such family as that they are all in one family, a clan, now they are country. See the essence.
