Does anyone know how to submit a task? When I go to the tasks section and there's nothing there, it's frustrating. Then I see the 0 next to tasks submitted, and I can think of a few that might be good, but I have no clue how to submit one. Considering how seldom there are tasks listed, maybe we all need to be submitting them! HOW?

'Submitting a task' in the sense you are talking about would involve offering to pay for satisfactorily completed tasks. MyLot intend to have people who, for example, need copy written for a website submit tasks and agree to pay for results.
The term 'submit' as it appears on MyLot's Tasks page refers to tasks which are offered having been accepted, completed and submitted [for approval] by MyLot members undertaking tasks.
The object of the Tasks page is to offer members an opportunity of doing various tasks for which the creators of the tasks are prepared to pay. The concept is similar to Amazon Mechanical Turk or various freelance websites which offer jobs for freelancers.

That seems pretty logical, but then the notations for numbers of tasks submitted being on everyone's stats wouldn't make a lot of sense. I e-mailed admin., but who knows if they'll answer? They hardly ever do.

Hey cobrateacher! I just don't know what's going on! There
hasn't been any tasks now for about 4 days! I never even got
a chance to try one! I thought I would wait and I guess I
just was too late and they were all gone! So now they have
totally run out of them! So I don't know what's going on and
neither does anyone else! I don't think mylot realized just
how popular they were going to be and how fast they were going
to be done. But, with the population and the amount of task
ratio I think they should have had some kind of idea that they
weren't going to last too long!

You're so right, Opal! I thought I'd get to some over the weekend when there was time, but there isn't anything to get to. I e-mailed myLot admin., but they seldom respond.

Hi Girls,
I think this task thing was more than they were prepared for. My guess is that they developed it in hopes of holding on to more of its members looking to make more than just a few cents a day. Little did they realize how many people out there need to make more money. As Opal said with the kind of population that Mylot has, someone dropped the ball in not considering the numbers. With the way our economy is going, I can't imagine them being able to keep up withe the supply and demand.
How are you both hanging in there? With my computer problems, I haven't been able to write to either of you. You both are in my thoughts and I'm sorry for not emailing you.xoxoxoxo

I've never seen a task either. There never are any tasks available. I'm afraid I can't help you with this but I hope I'll soon be able to get one. I don't even know what you have to do when you actually get a task. I absolutely no idea how it works.

I just thought that, if there's a space for tasks submitted, there should be a way to do it! They never seem to give us quite enough information, do they?

I haven't even looked into the tasks. With my computer problems I'm lucky to be able to respond to my friends posts. Maybe they still have a few kinks to work out. When things start going smoothly let me know if you will and I'll check it out. Good luck with it.xoxoxo

You all must have timed it badly. I have submitted and been paid for 3, my partner for 5. But like others, I have seen none available for about 4 days, and I too wonder if they got a bigger response than expected. By the way, you can only submit a task that they put up in available tasks, you can't submit your own. "Submitted Task" means a task you have accepted and completed and submitted for approval.
