The interest rate is pretty low across the nation, even our money in the saving account. For better interest option, are you willing to lend money in prosper.com?
It is website you can be either a borrower or lender. You got to set your interest rate, and the amount you going to lend. Once it got approved, you can start lending people with $50 minimum. They will pay you through a certain time of period with interest.

No I have never lent money through prosper.com and don't think that I would. Even though interest rates are low I will keep my money in the bank or in the house. I like to know where my money and not depend on someone I don't know.
