Any paid - to - review site better than ciao?

I had used ciao.com before, and they suddenly shut me off after I got my first payment. Without a convincing explanation, I doubt ciao has enough money to pay everyone. Comparedby.us was another promising site to write reviews on, but they suddenly changed their policy and reject majority of the reviews. I just wonder if there are any more paid - to -reviews site that is better than ciao?
