This topic occurred to me, because of something that happened a few nights ago. A friend of mine was in desperate need of someone to pick him up at around 2am. He called me and I was out the door to get him. Afterward, he told me that he really appreciates me doing that, but also everything I've done for him. He told me that he truly appreciates and values my friendship. The fact that I'd been feeling underappreciated by everyone around me over the previous week might have had something to do with his telling me that almost making me cry. Or it could have been that it was such a wonderful feeling to have someone tell you that you're appreciated. But that was indeed one of the nicest things a friend has ever done for me. To let me know that I'm appreciated.

One day I was very upset,I called my friend and pretended to be happy, told her I just wanna talk with her....
afer hanging up for about 20minutes, the door bell rang~I opened the door, found my friend stand outside...she told me she felt that I'm not real happy on the phone...
she lived far away from my house....
afer the phone call, she rushed out her house and took a taxi to my house....

I remember during my hard times having my husband for dialysis, while my children are at school, my boss at the realty am working used to give my commissions in advance so I have the money to be spent at the hospital. He used to send me a vehicle with the driver just to transport us back and forth. His family were all very good to me in attending to my needs, issued me checks for our electicity, house rentaland even children's tuition fees. Although I worked hard for all of these, still I do appreciate their kindness. They assisted me when my husband passed away and rainsng my childen being a single parent. Up to now still I could feel they treat me a family member. I won't forget their kind gesture and this is the nicest thing these people have done to me.

That is just so nice... i remember when i was in high school... there was this classmate who was not really that close to me... but he was gentleman enough to save me from embarassment...
I was an obnoxious person in high school... some even called me the know it all... so when i volunteered to do a report in class... i was more than happy to do it on my own... but my teacher insisted in giving me a partner... and when she asked for a volunteer... nobody raised a hand for like 20 seconds... but "He" did and that was like the nicest thing a person could ever do to me... and from then on... we became very good friends...

Hello Wiccania, the most memorable thing a friend does to me is that she lend me money to pay for my tickets going abroad so that i can meet my fiance. And since she is my most trusted friend, she was the only one who helped me with this financial problem.
I was able to pay her back the money i owe her before going abroad. But the gratitude of what she did, that's timeless and i hope someday i can give back to her the same gratitude that she favored me.
I know that there is not only one day, i will still be able to repay her for her kindness to me. And that's what friends are for, helping each other and caring for each other. Happy Mylotting!

Hello wiccania ,I can still recall the nicest thing in my life !
When I was at my senior school years ago ,I was assigned to be a leader of a grounp which in entitled to clean up the clasroom ,you know it is reall a tough work ,I coupled with my colleagues work hard everyday ,and waht made me a deep impression is that although the hardwork beside all of our members should come to the school 6 am and leave after the rest of other classmate ,there is nobady complain about sth ,we at that time like a family ,we are bind closer than begore !
On the vergy of graduating ,we finish our task wonderfully ,and at the last day ,every member send me a cup as a gift to appreciate me !At that time ,I can feel my tear is welling up in my eyes ,at the same time I understand one thing that what you do sincerely will be rewarded one day ! Whenever I recall that happy and worry-free time ,my spirit would be lifted and brightened just because of the happy time won't appear everyday ! I really miss my colleagues woked with me at that time ! Good luch with them !

There are many good things which were done by my friends for me. I can't even repay the goodwill that they have done for me. I can't even think single handedly the things which they've done for me and for my family.

I have a cousin that will buy me flowers every now and then. She knows that I love them but will not get them for my self because they will just die. She will just surprise me with them. TO add to that my husband bout me a poinsetia after Christmas and waters it when I forget so that I have a bright "flower" right now in my living room.

Hm, I think. Yes, a few months back I was in the Calgary, paying for a hotel room, and when my friend found she offered me her couch for free. That was a very nice thing, especially since I had not seen her in oh, about 4 years. And we rarely talk. But that is how it goes. What else, no thing I can think of, but these things happen with some frequency.
