Why do we love flip flops so much?

It seems like everywhere I go, even in the rain. I just have to wear flip flops all the time. And there are a few reasons why I wear flip flops. Well first of all, I don't want to get athlete's foot. That hurts so bad and it is frustrating at times. I can't stand it, flip flops are great for well ventilating your feet. And second of all, I could say that they're easy to slip on. I have to leave the house, well I'll slip on flip flops really quick and off I go to a meeting or school; I'M LATE!!! I've gotta put on shoes that don't take time to put on. (Flip flops really don't take that long to put on). Slip and wear. SWEET! Ok third of all, I ride my bike in them, I run with them, I work in them, I do everything in flip flops. Now honestly, not everything, I don't sleep with them on, but they are sure comfortable. But I do swim with them sometimes, they are water proof after all. Speaking of swimming, don't shoes get wet, now flip flops do not. Are you not suppose to drive with flip flops on? I drive a manual transmission car with them on.

i think the reason why we all love flip flops so much is for the comfort and convenience. All you have to do is slide them on, no tying or velcro-ing needed. Just slip and go. with flip flops you feet are able to breathe better and more comfortably, and it's great for people with crooked toes like me.

I wear them cuz in the summer i hate wearing socks. Socks and shoes are just too hot. Flip flops are way more comfy and easy to slip on and off, way better than normal shoes for the summertime

hi my dear friend, i love flip flops but i dont like to wear them every whre and with everything. in sun i dont wear them much becasue they will cause sunburn on my feet and then the marks of their straps just dont look good. i rather prefer some close shoe or a sneaker to go out in the sun where my full foot is covered and i have no tension of having different different marks of different shapes on my feet. i just hate that. wearing tooo much of same style of any foot wear where the foot is exposed to sunlight give your feet marks on it. and that look bad . i just dont like it . i know and i feel them comfortable too but then wearing all the time is a bore for me. how so ever late i am , i will wear my shoes and then move out.

flip flops are easy and comfortable, & they can go with any outfit. the only thing i hate is when people step on the back of them & you just fall forward lol. omg my family & i went tubbing one day & my mom was wearing flip flops. when we were in the tubs, my moms flip flops fell off her feet & started flowing down the river haha it was so funny!

flip flops are so comfortable and easy to wear. actually i have more flip flops than shoes as of now. It is also cheaper to buy than shoes but there are some brand that are way expensive.

There is nothing more comfortable wearing flip flops especially this summer where we need to wear something comfortable to wear with. Flip flops can be of different color and style so it would go with the color of what you are wearing with say jeans or shorts, and besides flip flops are cheaper if you are to buy shoes. I do wear flip flops especially my kind of job which is always on the go and its fine with me wearing those since I am not much of a corporate kind of person which is why that makes me really comfortable.
