can an intestine really wrap around the earth?

i dont know where i remember this from maybe science class but i heard once that your intestines could wrap around the earth once do you think this is true?

No the average size of an adult small intestine is 20-23 feet long. ironically the large intestine is smaller only being about 5 feet in length. in order to acquire a length of intestine that surrounds the earth you would need about 5,976,372 people to do it or about all the people in the Greater Toronto Area

Uh, mabye if like every person on the planet had their intestines removed and tied together.
