I want to increase my weight. Please help me!!

Hello friends I want to increase my weight.
I have tried basic gym but not regular but frustrated after no result and stopped.
Still drinking a glass of milk every morning and sometimes with egg in it.
But there has not been any change in my weight.
Please help me my friends

Might as well go to your doctor and have it complained. I guess they can best advise you on what to do with your situation and might be able to diagnose something. As for me I think it has something to do with your fast metabolism of your body. Its cause can be some many things like hormonal. One of the diseased related to that is thyroid problem which is the main culprit in many cases of fast metabolism of the body. But I am not saying that it is the problem have a doctor check it and probably he can help you with your problem.

It was nice that you want to me consult a doctor first because he will give a sure solution for this.
Once I visited him and he has given me some powder to increase my hunger that's it.

I think I am drinking enough water while taking food.
Every morning also and before sleeping also I take a glass of water.

why you want to increase your weight while so many people want to lose weight?if you really want to increase weight,you must eat much everyday,fat,animal oils and fastfood may help to increase weight.plus you shouldn't stay up or live a irregular life.basic gym may also helps to keep your figure and just increase weight.on the other hand,I know someone are born to be thin,they can not be fat no matter what they eat or do.

Hi rakesh284! Gaining weight and losing weight is both difficult. I used to be thin when I was in college and I admit that I hate my body because clothes don't look good on me.
But I decided to take Propan it helped me and I gained weight. I think you should take it continously until you achieve the body that you wanted. But I'm not taking it anymore because when I became a mom I gained more weight.
Why not try Apetton, it is a milk that you should take for 3 months.

I think there's something wrong with your nutrition absorbency. Doing basic gym is a good method. However, you should eat more high-calorie foods such as chocolate and meat. I'm so envious of you that you can eat everything you want never worrying about the weight.

Well, my friend also wants to increase her weight. I want to know is why do you want to increase your weight?
If you really want it to increase, might I suggest to eat fastfood. That is one way to increase the weight. Hehehe.

because I am thin and also has a short height and I know height doesn't grow at this age.

Hi, rakesh, it is easy to put on weight, but difficult to lose weight. In modern society, most of friends are tring their best to lose weight! It is so hard to achieve it!
I think the most important point is that you should not have pressure, keeping a calm heart.
Maybe go to the hospital, your doctor will show you some practical suggestion.
