In my country it's called Tahu. It's a kind of food made from soya bean and is quite popular here. There're usually two kinds of Tahu--yellow Tahu and white Tahu. The white one is very similar to tofu, only Tahu is cubical-shaped and less softer.

it much more of a philippine snack.. Taho is a Philippine snack food made of fresh soft/silken tofu, arnibal (brown sugar and vanilla syrup), and pearl sago (similar to pearl tapioca).Sometimes, it constains soy beans. my mom use to say to me that it a healty snack..because of the soy beans..as far i remember, the taho is sold on the street, by a walking vendor, it is usually put in a plastic cup with a small plastic spoon, you could also request to put the taho in your cup..there also different kinds of taho flavors, in the philippines, sometimes strawberry and chocoloate..

Taho is one of the local food snack in the Philippines. It usually sell by the street vendor usually every morning because it good to eat while still warm and good to take together with other breakfast food. Taho is made from soya beans. It cooks in a way like soft, and smooth jelly. And it is served with sugar thick sauce and soft sago. It usually served in a plastic glass with straw. Taho is one of the nutritious snack food that is good for kids best to give them especially during breakfast or recess time. If you have time to visit Philippines try to get a glass of taho and know how it looks and taste like. You will surely like it too. Happy mylotting my friend.

Hi! Taho is a popular street food in the Philippines. It's soft tofu or bean curd mixed with a syrup called amibal (liquefied sugar)and sago or tapioca pearls or balls. It can be bought from a roaming vendor called magtataho. It is usually served warm in a plastic cup, and you can eat it with a spoon or simply slurp it from the cup (this is much more fun). Taho is best eaten in the mornings or as a snack in the afternoons. Yummy!!!
