The result is out...not for the big match of election but for the small domestic cricket match that is IPL...They will not be played in India..
However, you may have noticed that the state where the UPA or the grand old party Congress are running the show, the home ministry of that state declined to assure the safety and the state where the BJP is at the helm the government readily comes into picture by offering to host matches...
Dharmashala of Himachal Pradesh was in the news because of the possible hosting of the matches there... then Ahmedabad and Bangalore...and others
Jaipur declined, Hyderabad declined and that is the case of Chennai.....
Certainly, the reputation of India get nosedived because of the relocation of IPL... they should better canceled it... What the central government another UPA circus was doing all through these times.........
And, think about the Commonwealth,..In India the government is run on the lines of parliamentary that is Westminster model... so there is no guarantee of stability of the government and that leads to the question what if the election is going to happen is the October of 2010...Will the government will relocate the Commonwealth games.....

Please don't work on speculations. october 2010 is far from here now and I don't think we as an Indian would give India an unstable government.
IPL: Well, this is really unfortunate that this event will be hosted by another nation. What a joke is it that "Indian" Premier League will be Hosted in other country! This can only happen in India. Have you ever heard that "English Premier League" has been hosted by any other country than England. Why don't they change the name by "World Premier League"
Lalit modi has gone mad. He would known beforehand that Election will be due in April, then why didn't he changed the schedule earlier? I don't think this year IPL(?) will be as successful as it was in the last year
Thank you for the discussion.
