Hi, forslahiri! Yes, I am a active listener. I take the time listen to others peoples problems. Even if I get bored, I will still listen and give them my undivided attention. I like to listen to other people talk about their situations, issues and problems. I feel good when I can help someone out. I also am glad to offer true advice. I am also glad to tell them about how God will bless them as they are going through too!

I genuinely attend and listen to any one comes to me with some problemd ! I firmly believe that the particular person approaching is really in trouble and he has come to me to seek some help from me! So it becomes my moral responsibility to listen him carefully and to help him in every possibly thatI can do!
For that matter you can't be a good speaker or narrator unless you are not a good listener! By listening you gain a lot of experience of other people and the world wide knowledge too! My grand Father always used to say that God has given two ears and one mouth so that wecan listen more and talk less! I firmly believe in his saying and I always try to be a good listener!
I have practiced to be good listener since the time I was in College! In professional colleges you need to be very careful and attentive to your lecturers and professors or other wise it becomes very difficult for one to understand he subject. Thus I learnt to concentrate and pay attention to the lecure from there only and this has helped me lot in my day today life too!
So in conclusion I am asincere listener and never pretend !
Thanks for initiating such a nice topic of discussion!

I really want to hear and share the others' problems if I'm in a good mood. When I'm happy, I feel free listening anything, trying to make people around me happy also. But when I've got my own difficulties, it's more subtle. I have to consider carefully if the other's problems are more important, more urgent than the mines.

I would really listen to people when they approach me. To me, this is a kind of respect. If I couldn't pay attention, I would tell them out front and politely ask them to come back later.

Hi,
Thanks.
I also respect Ur view-point.
People approach us with lot of expectations,to discourage/ignore is insincerity.
Thanks,for responding!
