lying children

my 6 year old lies about everything. she makes up stories. if you say you broke your arm shell say hers hurts, or that she broke hers to. she lies about things she does things she didnt do, anything! she will never fess up to things she did, messes shes made and shes driving me crazy!! she had an eye doc appt the other day and just because she wanted glasses because they seemed like fun she pretended not to be able to see even during the exam and now i have to drive her 2 hours away to a specialist. anyone else have this problem? plus shes crazy!, she climbed my laundry poles outside with the line in her mouth and fell, ripping out a tooth! the tooth was loose but not quite that loose! what do i do?
