I don't have the recipie but you can get it by doing a search they like Rice Krispy Treats. And Chex have a good recipie also for there cereal its Muddy Buddies.
Happy Birthday to your Child. How old will the children be at the party? Also go to family circle.com they will have recipies for children also.
I work in a day care and know those two things and my children like them as well.

Have you tried homemade corn dogs? The non-fried kind.
Easy to make and I sneak "healthy" stuff in.
2 small boxes corn bread mix (just add water type)
1/2 a cup of frozen spinach (drained and rinsed)
2 packages of hot dogs
No fat cooking spray
Water needed as per the directions on the corn bread mix box
Popsicle sticks (optional)
Make corn bread mix as directed save for cooking. Fold drained, rinsed frozen spinach to mix.
In baking sheets, put about a spoonful of corn bread mixture in a line just a touch longer than the hot dog. Repeat for all hot dogs.
Lay each hot dog on the thin line of corn bread mixture. Once done, spoon over remaining corn bread mixture on each hot dog.
You may add Popsicle sticks to make each corn dog easier to handle.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Ice cream cone cakes would be fun! Just get some ready to bake cake mix, bake it on icecream cones.Once baked, let it cool a bit and use any icing/frosting you want to make it look like an ice cream in a cone. Finally top it with candy sprinkles! Kids will surely enjoy that. If you want the complete recipe with the photos, go to bettycrocker.com and search for "Ice cream COne Cakes".
Or if you want, make some fruit pizza. It can also serve as a good party activity for the kids. All you have to do is get some store-bought "ready to bake" pizza crust. Get a large cookie cutter and make smaller pizza crust out of it (something that resembles a mini-personal pizza). USe straberry jam for the pizza sauce and use the kids' favorite fruits as toppings ( strawberries, blueberries, pineapples, etc).
I hope that helps.Good luck & happy birthday to you little one!

For kids partys I like to make them little croissants with ham and cheese I have noticed kids love these since they are small you can give them one and not have to throw away what they dont eat. With a side of chips and for the parents regular size croissants with a pasta salad its really good and if you have some left over you can warm them up for breakfast. Happy Birthday wishes to your little one.

well, spaghetti would always be looked forward for. guess, you have to use character paper plates for such a traditional menu as this. you can, however, check out some kids' websites. i can't tell you what site it is for i may violate a rule here. sorbetes or what we call d- - - ty ice cream would be tastier and cheaper. use character paper cups for this. actually, i think, you have to be more creative in the accessories for the party as in the plates, paper cups and decors. children don't mind anyway what they are served. even if the menu is common as long as it is tasty its better than creative and weird tasting ones. be creative in the take home giveaways. there are many toys that have candies in them being sold. or lollipops in fun shapes which don't come cheap, anyway.
