How can i get rid of this "packed.generic.200" please help!

I'm new here at mylot, I joined because maybe someone there can help me with my problem. Im really pissed of this virus in my system named "packed.generic.200", I wonder why my updated antivirus cant remove it. And how risky is it? Is there a way to remove with without reformatting the whole system? thanks for the help! :)

try trend micro housecall-it's on their system,not yours,so it's not as easy for a virus to stop it being removed.

Yes it is possible to remove it without reformatting the infected hard drive(s). Try cleaning your computer using Bitdefender or Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. You can also try using Norton Anti-virus. Follow the instructions cited on this link:

Use avast antivirus & scan ur system at the boot time with avast.
In avast you can find out option scan at boot time then restart ur system, it will scan ur system
