You will not be punished for your anger, but, you will be punished by your anger...This is how Lord Buddha describes the expected result of Anger.
However, it is quite impossible to avoid anger, that will come for this or that reason...the fact of the matter is to control it.
As for me, I control my anger by trying my best to keep quite in the situation that led the generation of anger within me....What about you?

when i am really angry, i will also keep quiet like u and don't talk to anybody for one day.
because of keeping quiet,i will be in too tensed mood and gets angry on all people .
i know too much anger is not good to health, but i can't control my anger on others.

NO, I can't control my anger most of the times. I try not to get angry these days because I know I couldn't control it in past and can't in my future too.
These days, I hardly get angry because I now have understood that things would be going on its way no matter how good or bad we are. So, keep on working until you get your job done without anger!

I dont know about other people, but I dont find any difficulties to control my anger. Many years ago I tried to practice and practice how to control it. The first practice that I do is taking a deep breath while counting in the heart from 1 to 10. That works pretty well for me. The next thing I do when I get angry is try to make a mind shift to something nice, something that can calm me down or some happy moment. The idea is so I can forget what cause my anger. Now, I'm used to it and can't get angry anymore, just smiling everyday...
