What'd you think of Obama's fit of giggles during his 60 minutes interview?

IT definately lets you know how he feels about the crisis we are in and seriously he is not taking it. I do not see anything to laugh about....do you? Man this country elected the wrong person. He is laughing while we all cry.

I read in a blog today that if Obama is bi-polar, laughing is actually crying, and signals a coming break down. I hope not! That's all we need, the president in a corner somewhere in a heap, spazzing out.

Well, he does have a lot to laugh about. He doesn't feel the crisis other than having to talk about it. He is sitting pretty and partying away. I heard people say that Bush was out of touch with reality. Some were blaming it on the golden cage of a White House he was sitting in. Well, Obama has been in the White House for not even a hundred days and he is further out of touch with reality than I have Bush ever seen. While more and more Americans are trying to figure out how to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table, he is laughing it off.
A guy without his teleprompter... and we see the true character...

To be fair, he didn't laugh until the audience did. Laughter is contagious no matter what the subject.
That said, I really don't think he's taking this seriously enough and he scares the crap outta me! How exactly are we supposed to get our economy back on track by borrowing trillions of dollars?! Credit is what got us into this mess. I think he's either deliberately trying to ruin the country, he's dumber than a box of rocks or a combination of both. I had such high hopes for this administration even though I didn't vote them in.

Kitty, I just looked up that clip on youtube and it's pretty unbelievable. He talks about gallows humor--I see NO humor in this situation, none. Very irresponsible and very scary.
I don't watch much tv so I didn't see either interview. That's why I wasn't aware which one you were talking about. He was almost acting like he'd just toked one, or taken something else.

We're not talking about his appearance on Leno, we're talking about his interview (with NO audience) on 60 minutes where he giggles about the bad economy.

I'm with you, all that giggling made him look as if he were on something.

It is disturbing, to say the least! Perhaps he's thinking about how funny it is that he put a tax cheat in charge of the IRS and entire US Treasury? This dude is so freaking out of touch from reality it is frightening, and he gets more baffling by the day!

Far as I know, it's been pulled from Youtube, but if you'd don't mind going on a far right blogsite, it's on Obami.com; I'd give you a link, but I haven't posted enough.

I am glad somebody else said it i though i was just being mean spirited i told someone today he sounded like a 13 year old cheerleader and it was as if i had punched the person i was telling. It is funny it like we hired a guy for the job that is in way over his head and lacks any kind of experience at all.
