Ahhh Easter time and the great Easter candy on the shelves.
But as I shop Sams Club I bought this huge 46 oz bag of candy.
That's nearly 3 pounds of candy.
Of course my daughter was the first to opemn them and eat some.
It is made by Whoppers brand and they're called ROBIN EGGS.
Egg shaped malted milk balls with a thin hard shell of chocolate.
They are sooo good.
Have you ever eaten Robin Eggs?
How about the basic Whoppers?

Oh I love Easter candy, and I love the Robin Eggs or Whoppers either one, if I don't watch myself I'll eat too many, I can only have a few pieces... Thats alot of candy tho 3 lbs, of course it probably won't take long for you to eat them all...

One thing I always loved were those hard all sugar eggs that were hollowed out with a scene of some sort inside them. Gawd I have to find those this year for the grandkids.

Yes I am a fan of Robin Eggs. I like malt balls in general, so if I need a fix a box of whoppers will do. They also seem to be the least expensive in the candy aisle, which makes it an easier splurge for me.
I also look forward to the jelly beans that become available this time of year. I love jelly beans, even though my teeth don't appreciate them too much.
One Easter time candy that I don't like too much anymore are Peeps. I picked some up the last time they were available and they just weren't what I remembered.

Oh boy! I love these delightful yummies! I would buy an extra bag that I stashed away for myself. The kids liked them too so I couldn't get them to part with too many from their basket.

Robin Eggs are my favorite Easter candy! I know they are just Whoppers with a hard candy shell but that shell makes it even better!
I decided to send my sons money this year. I always had so much fun making baskets but all the chocolate would melt as Phoenix is over 80 now.

I love Robin eggs, and they love me that is why when I eat them they stick around for a few years on each hip and thigh.I love whoppers, have you tried all the other flavors of whoppers that they have out? I love the strawberry flavored ones and the cookie dough flavored ones as well. I am so ready for easter and to dig into some candy..lol

I like those Robin Eggs. I have had them. I like them. They are really good. I prefer chocolate at Easter time though. That is what I usually have. I think whoppers are good too. I like to eat all of them. They are the best candies.

I love Robin Eggs. Last year I found them on sale at Walmart after Easter for 75 cents a bag (not the 46 oz bag but a smaller one), and I must've bought 3 bags, which unfortunately were mainly eaten by me. I guess Whoppers are pretty much the same thing, only without the shell, they are almost as good but the Robin Eggs are prettier. Generally I try not to buy candy, though, as I WILL eat it until it's gone.

Easter candy is never as good as Halloween candy. But the Reeses bunny is pretty cool.

Whoppers is my favorite candy, or one of my favorites. I have bought the Robin's Eggs, and hogged them all to myself. I have also had the peanut butter whoppers and the strawberry whoppers. My favorite is the traditional, though.

nope unfortunately I have never had the opportunity to try them. I go mostly for white chocolate myself, I like that much better than the dark chocolate. And I don't like the cadbury's easter cream eggs either.

Hey Grandpa Bob! Send some this way! I love Whoppers and I
love malted milk balls so much! I know I wouldn't be able
to stop myself from eating them! I will have to look out
for them! I haven't seen any of those yet! I have seen the
creme eggs and I don't really like them! Not a big jelly
bean fan either. My boyfriend bought me a little Easter Bunny
but, it's so cute I can't eat it! So now I have to find some
that I can eat! I love easter candy!

Robin Eggs and Whoppers are pretty good. My personal favorite is the Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs. One of those and I'm good for quite some time...lol. I try not to get too much Easter candy early..we just eat it and it's gone before Easter. I may get a bag during the week before, but I do some pretty serious stocking up after Easter when it's half price. It's a long way to Halloween...lol.
