Have you ever struggled with religion or your beliefs about life in general. I've always been raised as a christian, but since my mother died in 2007 i'm unsure if I still believe in the same things. At times I do, and other times I don't. Are you ever unsure of your beliefs ?

Welcome to the Lot, Newbie!
My beliefs have been slightly altered as the years go on. There have been some changes born of learning about other people's beliefs, as well. Only the very dogmatic among us tend to believe as they always have, without even a few questions. I'm sort of glad that the questions have left me firm in my most basic beliefs, but flexible withi them.

Very recently I had a major turn around in my faith. After I became very aware that something was not quite right with things (thanks mostly to my most wonderful fiance) I started to ask my church alot of questions, most of which they were unable to answer properly. Questions such as, why is Gods name no longer in the bible we use, why is satan called a god at parts, and why can priests not get married?
Because of this I started looking for answers, and I am pleased to say i managed to find them with the Jehovah's witnesses. Never before have I been so content with my faith.
Still I'm not going to pretend everything is perfect, there are other aspects of my life that I am still unsure about, I am continually questioning some things around me, hoping to gain better understanding of how I view things.
