Time and Mood

When I have all the time in the world to write, I do not have the mood to sit down and write. Rather watch the clouds and the birds flying in the sky.
When I have no time to write, like now, busy filtering resumes in the office, I have such strong urge to rush home and write tons of articles.
Is it just me? or do any of you face the same problem?

I know the feeling. I think it's the "work rush" - once we've started working, we just want to do everything all at once! Our brain goes to over drive and it feels as if we can do multiple jobs at the same time only if we'd have a few more sets of hands :D
Thanks for the response on my discussion!

haha, "work rush" when we are in the mood to work and work and work. Then how shall we call the time when we feel like doing nothing.
When I was young, I loved to lie on bed and watch the ants crawling here and there, and the flies flying here and there.
Now still got the habit of watching the clouds drifting left to right or right to left.

Hello scheng1! Don't worry, you're not alone..hehehe..I am also like that. Like now, I have many chance to right now, but even a single article I can't write. But when I am outside the house, either claiming or buying something, ideas will come to me. It's like I want to get a pen and write all the ideas with me..

so comforting to hear that. Maybe both of us need spanking oh.
We will be famous if we take out notebook and pen and start writing while shopping oh. People might think that we are genius. Or they might think we are certified lunatics.
Today I'm a good gal, manage to "vomit" out 2 articles. Not a good record since the writing took slightly more than an hour and I'm not working today!
And yes, the second article was written after a trip to the shopping mall!

Comforting to know that I'm not the only one.
Always the "One day I will do this do that" but the one day almost never come. Guess most of the people who want to quit smoking, lose weight also say the same "One day I will" but never really do it.
Anyway, happy writing, hope we can conquer the laziness that stop us from flooding the world with articles.
