Which space is better Myspace or Facebook?

I am a member in one of these sites and sometimes these websites can keep one really busy. I knew a wife who lost her husband because she would be on these things 24/7. I think these website spaces are geting out of control for families. Which one are u a part of, do you like the environment?

i was a big myspacer at one stage, but that was back in the day before everyone was going on about how good facebook is. i would check it every night that i could, which would be most nights anyway. it became really bad when you would see your friends at school day and then be talking to them on myspace for most of the night. however that to started to lose it appeal.
i then checked out facebook pretty early on and it was nothing compared to what it is now. i'm on facebook more now, cause there just seems to be so much to do, but it doesnt rule my life like myspace did. i learnt my lesson.
