Buy a house on what?

Choose comfortable because u will regret it after remember u would have to live in it for the rest of ur life and everyday u stay in it u would not have to say u waste money on this uncomfortable house.

I am looking for a home that is comfortable and affordable. I am wanting to find something that my family and I will be able to grow into and just be the palce where my kids will want to bring their friends to and will alway be able to call it home

when i think about to buy a house i would prefer the comfortable not only the house but for the environments which is have of enough security and have of facilites like shcool, shops, train, airport, buses, road and all!

I prefer buying a comfortable house.The house i buy should be praised by many people.I know it will take some time.But its definitely worth waiting to get it.My house would a big bungalow with one floor and a terrace.It should also fruit trees and flower plants in the garden.It should also have a compound wall with a gate.

You may compare many houses since there are a lot of them provided in the city or other places and select the one which most suit your taste and finance ability. When you really have the favor to a house, you also have to consider its inner structure, sunshine, ventilation, surrounding environment. It's better to have schools, shopping malls, banks, restaurants, hotels nearby since you may often visit there to handle your daily stuff. Never buy one near the streets as it is noisy for you to take a rest. You'd better select one which provides more sunshine.
