female or male ?it was unfair to woman.

I just finished my colledge study .Now I serve as an intern in accouantant company,they havent sing on me .I have worked here for 2 monthes.I work hard,but it is now work.I heard a news from my workmate yestaday.She said our company wont chose the women in the recently,except male. Did female not good then male ??

I am a student majored in mechanical in China. I don't think female is worse than male in their ability. But actually the company have to think about some factors which will be unfair to female. If the job require traveling often, they won't to hire the female. And if a woman do not have a baby yet, the company will tend to not hire she because she will ask for half a years leave when she has a baby in the future.

women are just as capable as traveling as men, and you can't just assume a woman will have a baby in the future. and did you know that men are also entitled to time off work when they become a father?

It is the concept in many company. Not only that it is in society. our society is agaist women in all the respect.
