I have a diary since I was in 4th grade. It makes me express myself through writing. It is were I can be myself without any pretentions. It is where I share my deepest secrets - all of my first was written their (crush, love, kiss). It is where I write the inner thoughts that I could not share with the people I loved. It makes me smile whenever I read what I have written their. It makes reminiscin' the past absolutely funny and at the same it makes me realize how how time flies. How about you? Do you share the same idea about having a diary? How does it feel to have a diary?

Back when I was younger I used to keep a Journal, but now I do most of my Writing sharing in posts in here or via Writing stories and Articles for some of the places I write for. I feel that Writing though is a good way to relieve some Stress and tension of things happening in ones life for sure.

Hello larish. I used to have a diary when I was in grade school. You're right about that. When I had a diary, I feel free. I could express my feelings thru paper. My secrets, problems, and other things that I couldnt share with others, I write it all down.

I have kept a Diary on and off for years now. I really want to become a writer full-time but admittedly have trouble with the discipline. It's a tip that I've heard can realy increase your writing productivity, so I think I'll be doing it on a more regular basis from now on.

Heck Yes! For me, I need to dump out a lot of my thoughts one something that can't disagree with me nor argue with me-- an empty book! I usually rant about people who get on my nerves and use it to vent out my anger, but I'll also use it when I have very deep thoughts about things.

I've also kept a diary for many many years... I love going back and seeing what was written do to the simple fact that I continue to astound myself with how much I knew, ever back then. Keeping a diary, for me, is about documenting my one life, so I can try and make myself better, so I can track the years I will inevitably lose from memory, clouded by time.

I have wrote diary many times, but I never insist on writing. I also knew the happiness of writing and reading by myself. In the diary, there will be so many ssecrets that cannot be shared with my family, friends. Maybe some secrets should be seed in the bottom of the heart, and just know by yourself.

they say diaries are for girls only, but not for me. i use to write diares on my every girlfriend i had, making such things like that will make you think and remember the sweet good memories of the past.the my girlfriend's like it when they see and read the things that we did in our relationship, our arguement, the first's times we did together, the happiest days of our relationship, cherishing the past by reading the diaries you made make you feel happy and sad.sad if you broke up with the girl u thought u will be with the rest of your life.but diaries and life never end there, u can always make a better one with someone else.thats the meaning of diary for me.

I stopped keeping a diary when others started reading it. I felt that if I couldn't hide it well enough for them not to find it and keep my thoughts private, I would just stop keeping a diary. I haven't kept my thoughts on paper for several years now. Instead, I will write them down, or type them, and then rip it up or delete it. That way, I get my thoughts out, but no one else can pry into my private thoughts and feelings.

I've kept a diary since I was about 8 or 9 years old. I like to look back and see what I was thinking, looking forward to, did that day, had planned, etc. It's great to see how much I've changed since I wrote it.

When I was younger I said I kept a diary but now i say I keep a journal. I too express myself better by writting things down. I do talk to my loved ones about certain things that bother me but I always like to write in my journal before I do, it clears my head. Sometimes I do re-read past entries and it makes me laught that on some issues I'm still complaining or prayer for the same things.

i've kept diaries when i was young and i'm still keeping one until now. whatever i feel i write it there. hehe, one time i give my diary a name. haha. however, after i have used all the pages of my diary, i burn it. i just don't want anybody to read it and laugh at what i have written there. that will surely hurt me. hehe, anyways welcome to mylot and have a wonderful time! God Bless!

No, i have good memory ^_^ Really just think about it. The things that really matters to you will come to your mind forever. If you write down every little thing that happens to you everyday, that is to much irrelevant information to your life and you'll be just wasting your time. But these are just my thoughts. Here is my advice: try to keep a diary about your dreams! What you think? this is new, uh, uh?
