i have a bad habbit:bite my nails
i know it is bad habbit but i just can not help to do it!so how can u do when u can not control ue self?

When i was a little child i surely do that,but when i grown up , i never do that, because it is not healthy!

Also like you, when I am small, my family havn't a nail knife, so my mother always cut my nail with a big forfex timely. But I always can't waitting so I bite it by myself.
But now, I have a good nail knife, in addition, my nail is short and my tooth is big. So, I don't get it even I want to bite it.

Sometimes I will.When I feel nervous or I'm thinking,I'd like to bite my nails.
