Telling children that the headmaster has a room full of worms........

Last week told my child told me that a certain teacher told them that if they don't obey the headmaster will lock them in a room which is full of worms. Well I was ssurprised and disappointed that certain teachers are telling children these lies. I am afraid that my child will be afraid to go to school, since she gave a really hard time to get used to go to school. What do you think? Do you agree with these stories I would like my opinion.
