Do you think the shifting of IPL matches to south africa expresses the weakness of Indian Government?

Hi friend, Yes,yesterday our indian government IPL matches shifted in to south africa country. I am not so happy and indian peoples also, Its election time that some other states were elections in next time not able to giving security forces for matches. Have a nice day.
