New Avatar, New Life

This literally has a deeper meaning on me. Might look petty on your point of view but I have decided to change my avatar, to represent a new life.
My ex is also a mylot member, he actually introduced me here. We worked together in all online money making activities, and we shared a lot more as we have been together for almost 5 years.
I am moving on to a new life without him. This is my statement.
How about you, do also have deeper reason for changing avatars? Or you simply just want to change for no reason at all?
Or like others, you do not want to change avatars?

Hi Ysabel,
Although I like your new avatar, it would be nicer if you had a smiling face, more happier face. I hve never change my avatar as I love the Unicorn and its just me, magic and mystrey, beside I love unicorns very much. I would never change my avatar.

hello my friend Tamara... i have been a while to seek healing for myself and now i am back. not that i am totally healed, but i am moving on already from my past life.. i like your avatar too. don't change it. i think it perfectly suits you!
i will try to look for a smiling face. i haven't found one that i like though.

I love it!!! i like them both
But the second one is moving that makes it more fun.
I do changes my avatar a lot , Like wanna changes my clothes, i do that because i hope my friends member of mylot will never bored of me, not because i changes mind all the time, i still use the same girl, but with different view.
She looks relax thogh :D

Hello Ysabel! Wow! Your new avatar is cute. I actually like it. It's like saying that you moved on and that you are ready to face a new life without him. I know your story and I evenr responded to it. I am glad that you started to forget and move on by getting rid all those things that connects him. You appear to be a very strong woman. hello my dear aisaellis... i have been on my darkest days... and moving on is really, really hard to do. it is a GRADUAL process.. a day to day thing, and one has to go through the pain every single day, in order to move on.
honestly speaking, i am not yet through it. i still struggle. i still fight with myself and there are things i need to settle within me. but you are right.. i would like to believe that i am a strong woman.
i know you are too. but you will only realize it when you are in your darkest and most difficult times.

first off, good luck with your new life ...I hope it all goes well.
and when it comes to my avatar I tend to change them with the season..it is a way for me to express myself through the avatar and kind of lifts my spirits as to the mood of the season I am in.
I changed mine at spring, so I have a couple months before I change it again.

Hi Ysabel, don’t ever say that. Everyone has his own reason to do things that his like. We shouldn’t give up what we wish to do just for the sake of to please others.
I don’t have much impression about your previous avatar. May be this is the first time I participate in your post. Both of the two avatar are charming as well.
Hopefully this new and attractive avatar will give you much energy to begin a totally new life here without your ex. Keep it up and cheers!
I usually would change my avatar if I have reached 500 posts or every 1000 posts. The current avatar shown is the 4th one I’m using here.

t change my avatar since I have joined here. This is the avatar I have been using from day one here. I do like my avatar and if ever I am going to change mine, probably it is because I want something new but surely will be a symbolism of something important that happened in my life. Hi Ysabel. Thanks for your friendship and that is really a nice name. I don't mind changing avatars now and then because I feel that the more interesting an avatar, it sorts of uplifts my spirit of mylotting. You have a very cool avatar by the way and I think it's a smiling one rather than a crying one? Take care new friend. Good discussion here.

Yes, I could remember your old avatar and it was nice with your 9 star rating. I will have to be used to this new one. I can't remember when I changed my last one. May be 2 year earlier! LOL
I changed my last avtar when I was falling in love. It didn't last long and I was alone again after 2 -3 months. So, I changed to this new one. This avtar gives me reliefe everyday. It is an angel who is saying that "Let's spend the night together". At least there is someone who is asking me to do her a favor! LOL

When I change my avatar, I try to do so with all of my accounts. I like keeping a consistent avatar, I think it's easier for people to remember when they see the same image for the same person. Also, unless I have a more interesting picture, I'd keep the one I'm currently holding.

Hi ysa, well it takes more than just changing an avatar to start anew but it is a good and fresh step to begin with. I have to agree that it looks prettier, and more radiant.
The former looks really dry, sullen, and lifeless. Well I get to say that now because you have let go of it!

Well, it might be a good thing, and it's a sign of moving on too.. There are many thing ple do when it comes to a new start.. Some will throw away things, change a new working environment, or some will just go for a totally new haircut ^_^ As long as u do something that's different from usual, that should make u feel better ^_^
As for myself, i dun change my avatar often, and i always choose the ones i like, and try to make it remain there as long as possible.. hehe ^_^
