The credit crunch and me.

Everytime I listen or watch the news, I always hear bout unemployed people, retrenchment and stuff regarding the credit crunch. Its kind the scary because I feel that no body is safe about it, that's why now I try to save and spend my money wisely. The top things that I cut down are my shopping and my cellphone credits, shopping obviously because I have a tendency of being an impulse buyer so I avoid or I limit myself going in malls and bazaars. About my credits, I sometimes waste them because I don't text too much now. What about you what are the things that you cut down because of the crisis?
