banned or not i dont know, but u r not going to get donations in tihs way that i am sure. All the people here are working hard to get that extra money and unless you are the needy or really poor or anything like that still u will have to prove that, without that i dont think it will work, you will have to go to some trusts which can give you charity, here we can help you earning by posting replies to your discussions 
...but i see that you are not helping yourselves to earn, dont you know that longer discussions are paid well, why used so less words for discussion ???
