What Song/Album Are You Listening To RIGHT NOW?!?!

I've seen this on quite a few forums. I've also seen this done here, but most of the discussions are 3+ years old and inactive. So I decided, why not make a new one?Since just posting what you're listening to won't be much of a discussion, feel free to talk about the album your listening to as well as the song. Maybe even the artist. Although this discussion is mainly to see what our fellow Mylotters are listening to, we also want to discuss! We are music lovers, are we not? So this would be a good way to discover new music!;)
Right now, I'm listening to Eu Juro (I swear/promise) by Armandinho. He's a Brazilian singer who sounds a lot like Jack Johnson. Actually, he even calls himself the Brazilian Jack Johnson lol!! If you like Jack, and are interested in foreign music, then I think you would love Armandinho.

Hi jeaneias, it is really wonderful to know that you have made research before starting a discussion. I have seen many discussions with same title but the contents are totally different. I think only those discussions with plagiarized contents are considered as violating mylot guideline.
I love listening to music as well. I haven’t purchase any album for a long time since I have subscribed a broadcast package where there are lots of tv and radio programs provided for 24 hours continuously. I always feel happy whenever there is music on air. Other than the favorite Chinese songs, I love certain songs sung by Celine Dion and Gwen Stefani as well. Anyway I love listening to all melodious songs.

Btw I would like to express my gratitude here as well, for after reading your post above, I come to know the popular Brazilian singer, Armandinho. I search more information about him and listen to a couple of his songs by visiting youtube. I quite enjoy listening to the song, Eu Juro though I don’t understand Brazilian language

Yeah, I would like to learn a little bit of Portuguese language here from you, if you are willing to take the trouble, as well as your precious time to teach me. It is interesting to learn a couple of simple sentences (with English explanation so that it won't against mylot guidelines) which usually would occur in the lyrics of the song.

The latest cd I´ve listened is "Accelerate" of the band R.E.M.My uncle just bought me the album the last week and I really liked it a lot,like it was love to the first listen...lol.They play alternative rock and some of my friends think they are too old,but anyways,they are still one of my total favorite rock bands.And maybe I should give a try to the music of Armandinho...sounds interesting

R.E.M. I've heard of the band, but never got a chance to listen to them. Will do asap though. As for Armandinho, I think you'll like him if you enjoy chillout surf-type music. Anyway, hope you like him if you do check him out, and thanks for the response!

Hey Jeneias as i m an INDIAN so most of the time i listen hindi or punjabi songs.
but right now i m listening Sukhbeer's and Jazzy B's songs...........from punjabi genre
and listening romantic songs from Bollywood.
i love Sunidhi Chauhan's voice so her song is my all time favorite.
sometimes i listen Bryan Adam's selected songs.
and just by listening so many songs from different genres will help you to discover your taste and will increase ur favorite album list time to time.

Oh definitely. At first, I only liked Hip-Hop and Rock. But for the past year or so, I've really been getting into different genres and have actually found bands/singers I like from genres I never even heard of before. As of right now, I have 4GB of music on my computer, and the list grows everyday.

right now im at work so we've got the radio playing. right now the song "Seven Day Fool" by Jully Black
im not a huge fan of the song, but its upbeat and fun to listen to..especially when you're working. can't really listen to sad dreary music, need that upbeat to keep you going through the day

Right now I am listening to "Bullet For My Valentine - Scream, Aim, Fire" They are my favorite band. I have it playing on repeat on my computer. I always listen to music while I am surfing on here

Nowdays i always are listening to Eason's songs, i think you dont know about hime,yeah, he is a singer of HK,and his songs are all in Chinese,so i guess you wouldnt listen it ever,just like other good songs, his songs have good melody and song lyrics,i like them very much,the best songs i consider are “shall we talk”“your package”“ten years”and so on.

john mayer is a blues guy i think.but his song not.he always play guitar just like stevie ray vaughan or jimi hendrix.
you can try to listen stevie ray vaughan,bb king,albert lee,or gary moore.
i hope you will like it.
