Please respond all of you who have been suspended by ebay wrongly

Ebay has suspended me unfairly,I would like to hear from all of you who have or had any kind of problem with it.
They are getting very RICH off of us and we can not even tell our side of the story, they just suspend you and continue to charge (Fraudulently) your credit cards to gain as much profit as possible stepping on as many feet as they can on their way up the Global Ladder. How do we stop them? Who do we complain to? How do we support our family when using ebay.com as your way of making a living when that has been taken from?

If you want reopen an ebay account, you can do it, using some attention. It will require some effort, but is possible.
Anyway I've read your other post about your ebay nightmare, and I want suggest you to contact ebay, saying you want open a dispute for the items you BOUGHT on ebay in violation of the Trademark rules. You must tell them you thinked the items were ok, because you were buying the items on ebay, and they SHOULD BE RESPONSABLE about these kind of violation. So you consider EBAY the responsable for your bad buy, and conseguently for your sell in violation of the rules. You must say you thinked the items were originals, so if they were not the trouble was made by EBAY that not checked the items when you bought. In other words EBAY pushed you to buy, and then to sell, items in trademark violation.
I guess you can try this, to see if they will do something to solve the problem.
