Or so says my wii fit! Yay! I got on the Wii Fit this morning prepared to hear it yell out "That is OVERWEIGHT" but today it said "Congratulations that is NORMAL" Woo Hoo, I danced around the living room, but it didn't let me celebrate too much. When I glanced back at the screen it was suggesting I loose another 17 pounds. Whatever, I'm still happy. Anyhow, I just wanted to say thanks to singlemommy for inspiring me to get back on the diet.

Hey glords! I think that's great that singlemommy inspired you! Doesn't she look great? I think she is doing a wonderful job! And I'm sure you are too! So as I said to her I will say to you, don't beat yourself up about it! Do what you can, and don't make yourself crazy! A few pounds lost is great! I was never good at dieting and never will be! But, making yourself sick is not the way either! So as long as you can do it little by little and stay healty then it's all good! Remember you have to stay strong because you have a beautiful child to take care of! Ok, I have said me peace! And how is my favorite little sweet boy? Any new pictures for me to see?

Playing at the Park - putting woodchips on the slide is one of my favorite activities.
You are so sweet... and very right! Don't worry about me, I'm doing things the healthy way. I'm following the weight watchers recommendations for veggies, grains, and dairy. I'm eating better then ever and I'm taking a walk every night with my boy. I think pushing his heavy stroller is helping with the weight loss. I'm uploading a picture taken about a week ago at the park. We were having fun in the sun last week... sadly the ground is covered in snow again.

I know they are expensive. I've seen them in a store. I'm not overweight but it would help my cholesterol

They are kind of expensive, I find I use it more as a scale then an exercise program. The best exercise I've found is chasing after my toddler and going on a family walk each night.

Wonderful news! What diet are you using? I could lose 15 pounds and not miss it! Does the Wii actually do exercises with you and help you tone up certain areas? I might look into that!

The wii fit is okay. I like yoga poses, and a stair step program too. I think the podium is too low for the stair step, so i put it on top of a exercise step to make it a bit more of a work out. Most of my exercise I do at the gym or outside, but the wii fit is a really good tool to log your exercise with. As for the diet I'm following the weight watchers points plan. I like the flexibility plus it encourages me to eat more fruits and veggies, eat healthy oils, and drink milk. I feel healthier.

Nope... I'm using weight watcher diet, and it lets me eat a ton of fruits and veggies... and meat too. It just eliminates most of the naughty fatty and sugary foods.

Yes, I'm sure it did... not 17 pounds worth... but a few, and happy weight loss is my favorite kind.
