what to do when life bores you?

yup, life is boring, im bored at my job, i'm bored at home, i cant seem to find anything that interests me, i'll be 30 soon and i can't believe i'm this bored. i love my girlfriend, but she works a ton of hours and when she gets home shes tired, so most nights we just take it easy, i like my job, but we're in construction field and its slow.. darn economy. i've already got one degree (BA) so going back for an advanced degree could be expensive plus NOTHING sounds interesting... what do you do to get out of the funk ?

Do you have hobbies ? Sometimes, doing things you enjoy, like your favorite hobbies, could relieve you of your boredom. It can be just for joy, or some hobbies can also be ways for second income. That adds on to your happiness too.
Just a suggestion. Try it, if you like to.

count your blessings...be thankful for everything that you have...
and you'll realize how lucky you are....
sometimes boredom can stem from discontentment in life...
but if you appreciate what you have now...
then you'll be more happy...
then life wouldn't be such a bore...
perhaps you should just spend more time to relax...
take time to breathe.....
take a short (3-day) vacation perhaps...

Life Has boring moments 24/7 haha.. trust me I know I go to school and some classes are fun and cool and time goes by quick. While others are just boring not fun and blah. I don't know what to do sometimes so I just try to find something to keep my self busy or awake. Thats just in school.
I will at the most part text on my phone and that kills time for me in a boring class. I still do my work but even though texting is not allow in school I still do it anyway. lol.. Well everyone even the teachers have there phones out. they should at least be an example to us students but they suck at that haha.
Well yeah when Im not in school. I just get on mylot or myspace and try to kill time or just go outside for a walk some excises and stuff. I even hang out with my Boyfriend I don;t consider that being bored to kill my time thats just apart of my everday life.. "love him" haha..
Well yeah thats what I pretty much do when I'm bored noting big and nothing little. Just the average person trying to make life fun and wonderful haha.. Keep up the mylotting take care :)

It's not often when I feel bored. Sometimes I do feel bored at work so I try to play a few online games before going back - or I chat with friends, or I log into myLot in order to be entertained with the discussions posted by other people.
I'm glad that I've never been bored with life. I do sometimes feel scared that I'm not making the most out of it - I feel like there are tons for me to do and no time for me to do it because I'm stuck behind the desk.
