Rocketbills is a different kind of GPT. How it works is that you complete a few offers to add up to 100%, and then you never have to complete offers again. You just get referrals, and you get paid 60.00 per referral who complete offer requirements. (Or you can get other prizes such as ipods.) You do need a credit or debit card, and I am not sure if it is only for US members. Rocketbills is a great site. But I've had problems with the Nocc site of theirs. They must have discontinued it or something because I can't view the site. Do you know why it won't work?

I haven't tried that part of their site, so I don't know. I've only done the regular one. Did you try contacting their support? I found them to be very helpful, and they responded quickly.
