How to get more friends?

I am living in Tokyo. but I am not Japanese. I find it really difficult to make friends in this country. So how to get more friends in a foreign country?

hmmm good question. i think you should maybe look online for local groups or organizations and JOIN one. I find the best way to make friends is when you are doing something where you need to work with eachother. Maybe they have a website like "friendfinder"? like the United States does. check online for sure!
