Its possible that he could have done it, especially if he knows a lot about programming and stuff. My husband had a friend from England and her boyfriend from Scotland showed him that he could put virus's on the computer because he knew a lot about programming.

YEs,101 percent any can send any body virus trough various ways. But, you should contact your friend about the matter if he says or no answer then you can think that your friend sent it but if he is real friend then he will not send you this type of virus
Yes friend in anger any body can do any think and it is possible that your friend may send you virus via link to singup or photo etc....So, soon remove the virus from your system if late then it may affect your pc

It is really hard to tell because it can happen in so many ways. you might have it in your system a long time ago and it just got triggered to launch itself when you were communicating with your friend. Or you might just be right about him unintentionally infecting you somehow. But it is really hard to determine what caused your infection at all.

lol well i havent come across any trojan or viruses that make your monitor screan or ur screan to go blur but however there are possibilities for keyoggers to log onto your system and hide in your system folder from the messages and e-mails and links your recieve over the internet but i dont think a torjan or a virus can blur your screan it might be an electirc voltage problem but do beware of keyloggers try searching them on the internet to know more
Cheers !

Your friend may have not done it but if he send some link to you and that link you may have opened then well with that link your system may have been effected or you may be downloaded or opened some site which had virus and well as your friend was online you may be thinking that he may have done it. well there is a new virus which effected my system it is "standstill your system" well this virus will effect your system and well it will corrupt the main exe file on hang your system when you go to restart be careful with this virus

That could only happen if he sent you a link and you opened it or some file he sent you. But apart from that, it's not like he's got black magic and his curses would destroy your pc, right?
Perhaps it was just coincidental that he was angry and your computer got trojan. Perhaps you got it from some file or you network was simply hacked. Or you visited illegal websites and the sites men really like going to. Those have lots of those crawlers, so was I told.

There are lots of ways and possibilities for virus to get into our system. As you told, your might have sent you but chances are very remote for this. But as you have detected with the help of antivirus software, it is easy identify the location of the virus and hence we can easily identify the source..from which site or message we got this.. Just go back the log files of your antivirus software and check for this virus. see all the details. Then it is possible to find out the source. Why should we unnecessarily get anger on others with out any valid proof?

I don't know, there are so many way you can get those virus. Maybe from emails, or from some sites, of course, it could be from your new friend. He may not know he sent you the virus too. I remember I have recieved a message from my friend on MSN, and it keeps opening new windows non-stop. I have to restart my computer to stop the windows. After that, I scanned my computer and a virus was found, I needed to clear those virus. I then told my friend and told him he got virus and asked him to check his computer and found way to clear the virus, obviously, he didn't know his computer was infected by virus. So I didn't blame him for the virus.

It would be too early to say that your networking friend was the one who sent you the trojan. It is more likely a coincidence than an intended attack. You might as well try to recall which site you visited at that time when you were having a conversation with your friend because that site might be the real culprit.

the virus comes from executable files either from extrenal sources or from net but if somebody is sending virus to you then it will be a executable file or link to some particular place from where virus can be downloaded without your intimation and moreover if you have a virus scanner then it should have a online gauard which protect you from online viruses, spyweres etc....
