Hi all,
Is it possible to lose 10 kg in a period of time? Are you real-life example of someone who has lose 10 kg? How long does it takes you to lose so much weight?
I want to lose 10 kg that is to the weight that I had a few years back. What healthy methods do you use to lose weight? Please share your views about losing weight. Thanks

i think so... have u watch america's THE BIGGEST LOSER... i envy them for losing that much weight for a short period of time.. i just hope i can but it will take long since im working 8-5 5x a week. unlike them who spents almost everyday losing weight.. i just hope we can have a local version of that and i'll be willing to expose my self in national television.

I keep fit using excise boby, such as do yoga making my body more flexible, running 30min four times in a week, I lose 4kg in the passed 5 month, maybe i can be more slim if I keep to do those, so lose 10kg isnt a dream, but that need you hold excise on and decrease intaking of calorie.

It depends on the time period.But not entirely.You must have self control as you have to go for good diet and proper excercises.You should have a personal trainer who can instruct you while doing those excercises.I think you can also think about joining a gym.

Haha, the time i write this ,i just use a easy way to lose weigth in short time.The whole circle only need one week about.First, you must stick on.Second,you only need to buy some lemons in supermarket.Breakfast is nothing special,eat some pieces of toast and bottle of milk.Then put the lemon into the juicer.And the most important thing is drinking lemon juice everytime you feel hungry.Not enter anything else into your lemon juice,just water.In this time ,you could eat some other fruits or nuts.Though a little unsuitable,if you really do that one week,you`il find your body become comfortable.That`s because this way can help you to clean fully your intestine and stomach.

There are several methods that help you lose weight fast. The real challenge is keeping the weight off.

Hi,
As for the fatburner that you mentioned, will there be any side effects to our health? I prefer to lose weight using the natural way to prevent any unwanted outcomes. However, the fatburner seems working as you shed 20 pounds that is nearly 10 kg. How long does it takes you to lose 20 pounds?

Yes it can be done but one should do it in a healthy way and step by step, there is no need to rush into it so just take your time and do it the healthy way. One must remember to take in protein and fiber in their diet because those are the key elements that keep us full for longer and help control our cravings and help us along the way.
