Hey guys! Have you heard of this site? 911callers.com. I don't know if the calls there were really recorded conversation from 911 operators but some of them are just plain frank calls and non-emergencies.
There was this call from a girl complaining about a burger she ordered in Burger King and she wants it replaced. What is that?? Did she really call 911 just for that, that's a real abuse of the phone line. People shouldn't do things like that. 911 are for emergencies and real trouble.
Some of the calls were really funny, I couldn't even imagine people calling 911 about some stuff like that.
Here's the link of the site:

I have one to add. When our daughter was very young, her daddy sometimes fell asleep. (He worked nights, don't be too hard on him) Well, she knew about 911. He was quite shocked to be called by the 911 operator. Seems our little darling was lonely, knew she wasn't supposed to keep waking dad up, so she called them to chat! They were laughing about it to him, but wanted him to make sure it stopped. How embarrassing!

This is an abuse of a wonderful service. This service cost the tax payers, you and me, a lot of money and it is so important to our safety. We live in a fire area and the sooner we can report them the less they will cost us in the long run. We need our 911 service.

Yeah, 911 is really very, very important for real emergencies. It's just so sad and frustrating that people mess up with it. Thanks for the response.

Yeah, they should have penalties for those phone line abusers. If that'll happen, prank calls would really be lessened big deal.

I have saved the link to the website, it's great isn't it? I am still in disbelief over the woman who called about the burger! It's a shame that some people have forgotten to grow up and become adults! We have an excellent show in Australia called Triple Zero Heroes; it deals with calls to our emergency number which is 000. It's a great show all nerve wracking stories with re-enactments and all have a happy ending, nothing as funny as the ones on the site though.

That must be some great show. Yeah, some grown up people should think and act like their age. Though things like that might seem really funny, 911 isn't a joke, it's for those who need real help. Thanks for the response
