We all know those drinks that are served with a lemon slice don't we? So what were the findings? The killer was that lemon slice, after investigating the problem it was found that the lemon is not dangerous when used at time and in a proper manner, so why is this. Well, when lemons are growing they have this bacteria on their skin, this bacteria is very dangerous for our bodies however not mortal, but combined with the citric acids and other elements can be mortal for the human body, many of this elements are contained in beer, but not regular beer I am talking about draught beer, also the danger is greater when the lemon is not fresh. So what can you do to avoid this, if you cut a lemon make sure to wash it first, and after cutting it use it on that moment, if you leave it there for a few hours or days the danger increases, also if you are having a drink with that lemon slice, make sure it is fresh.
