Mylot ratings

Has it happened to you. Since yesterday and today morning my rating was '9' and now in the evening it is '8' what is happeneing?

Mine was 8 for a long time, and then for a couple of days it was a 9. Then my rating fell back two an 8, and I'm still on 8.
People will always rate you negative if they not agree with what your saying, in which my case, I say is absolutely unfair.
You just have to learn how to be able to put up with it.
I've learnt that ratings do affect your earnings, but I do not let that bother me much.

Your 'star' rating is determined by other users rating your discussions and responses. I have found that a drop in rating is not necessarily due to others rating you negatively, though that may be the reason. I have, for example, seen a drop in rating when I have posted many discussions/responses in a short time and, presumably, that increased the percentage of unrated posts. This can easily happen, of course, if your User Rating is still small.
