I don't like thinking about anything bad before I drift off, so I try to think about tomorrow. What are your thoughts before you fall asleep?

Actually for me, it depends on what is going on. Most of the time I find myself just trying to think about sleep and getting comfortable curling up next to my husband. But there are nights where I seem to toss and turn not sure what to think and try to think of calming things to relax me as well.

The last thing I will think of is what I've done and what I've miss in the day and try to think about what I will do or going to tomorrow.

I just let my mind wander where it wants to go. I try not to think about the things that I have to do tomorrow or next week. Anything stressful makes it harder to drift off so I always try to think good thoughts as I fall asleep.

i meditate before i sleep.. so I blank my mind before going to sleep. But if I don't meditate. I often think about my love ones like the guy that I love the most. I think that's very normal for everyone. They say the last person you think before you sleep is the person who is so important to you. I think this is true.

Hi, I sit for few minutes before I settle for sleep.During those minutes, i recap what are the things I've done today & what are the Urgent/Important things I must attend tomorrow. Then I thank HIM for giving me an Wonderful today & pray that tomorrow must be even better for all.I surrender then on my pillow, every night. =Lahiri,Kolkata,India.

I was already planning for my itinerary for next day before I sleep.
