i wonder why so many individuals love to eat vegetables. yes, it's healthy but when i think about the taste i began to dislike them. i eat a lot and became choosy when it comes to vegetables. i only eat cucumber, squash, and kangkong; i don't think these are enough to supply my body the nutrients it needs.hehehe. i became aware when my boss told me to learn how to eat veggies for me to gain weight, obviously, im losing weights and i dont have any idea aside from eating too much. i also realize that i should learn to eat veggies for the benefits of mine. but the question is how?.... any suggestions? tnx guyz...=)

Oh...i don't know. I actually love eating vegetables since i was a kid and some of them look like weeds, and a few with a bitter taste that it will take a lot of coercion before i can make you have a taste of them. Lol!
I think maybe these could work: Try a little of chopsuey, have a bite of cauliflower with a little gravy on it. You may also want to start with a beta carotene rich broccoli made even tastier with beef and oyster sauce. Have a bite of other vegies everyday and gradually increase your intake.
I spent more than half an hour thinking of what i may suggest to you but my mind stopped working. Just tired, maybe. Goodnight cellyne!
