Can yu tell me some hosting websites

Hi I amlooking for a free website host, that has good uptime and has as many features as possible, please list the ones you know as the one I have is really good on uptime but has a 500 kb filesize limit, I need to upload a 1.4 Mb file for my application to run properly and that is very frustrating, I mean to limit the amount of storage is fine but the filesize limit on 500 kb is kind of bad, thanks for your help guys.

Do you know what are the main limitations on that site, the thing is that I am trying to run a site for training, I am learning web development and just want it for practice, but the ones I have found so far have many limitations on the stuff that can be done

You must try 000webhost.com...it has a massive amount of features including FTP, SQL, a web panel with a ton of features and their uptime is excellent. I use it to run Wordpress 2.7 and so far I haven't encountered into any problems...yet. Hope this helps.

the one i use is awardspace, they do have limits but their service is pretty consistent, so compared to other free services you will definitely get quality with them, plus if you get a hosting plan is pretty cheap, you can get one year for 25 bucks including the domain name.
