sauerkraut is cabbage that has been cut up & canned. it is sour & u can put either hot dogs, balogna, or smoked sausage in it & cook it. we luv it.

2 slices of bread, (potato bread) with cheese.
I think I will make some pancakes for dinner.
Take care.

I appreciate hot food very much and I had noodles with chilli oil for dinner.Hot food makes me satisfied,so I often put some chilli oil when I am cooking, and I won't feel it's hot at all.But I'm a little hungry now.In order to keep a healthy diet and keep thinner,I'll try to eat nothing before going to bed or late at nigh, though sometimes I feel like having something to eat extremely. It's a huge challenge to me.

Noodles with chili oil - that seems delicious! So what country are yo from? i only know of people from malaysia and india that can withstand very spicy food.
That's true, one should have only a light meal at night so as not to get fat.

I came from China. But most Chinese can't afford spicy food.I know people from Sichuan Province of China have a spicy taste, and it's said that almost every family has a bunch of chillies outside their home.I'm in Hubei Province and people around me mostly like sweet food, only a few have the same taste as mine.
