I am in the customer service business and I get amazed at some of the stuff other people do and get away with. Just curious what was the worst customer experience you have ever had?

The worst I had with with ea games. As you might know, ea has been adding digital rights management in their games. Here's the good(bad) part, I am limited to 5 installations to a pc before I have to call customer support. Support sucks as they would respond,"did you install it correctly", and other stupid questions. The worst part of it all is ea games customer support isn't toll free, and the average waiting time is 45 minutes. I hope your support isn't as bad as ea games.

Oh boy I have had some horror stories about student fiance at my college. Talk about a department that doesn't have their things together. There is the long wait on the phone, where I am going to have to just wait to really get my problem rectified. Where I had to listen to the absolute worst music in the world, where I had to wait for a long time.
Then I found out that they couldn't answer my question, despite them telling me that they could. So I get bounced to about six different people, before I get right back to where I started. Thankfully it got sorted out, and it is years ago, but that was two hours of my life that I'll never get back. Customer service does a poor job to service the customers.
