There are many different publishers you can submit your stories to, depending on their length and genre. For specific names and protocol of publishing, try Writer's Market. There's both a web-site and a reference book, but since each of those costs about $30, I recommend you go to your local library, which should have a copy. Take a notebook with you and spend an afternoon copying names, addresses and specifics of publishers and studying the proper way to compose cover letters, etc.
