I hate to be a spoiler, but I heard that Kiefer Sutherland just signed on for another season of 24. So I guess that makes it pretty obvious that he's going to survive being exposed to the bio agent.

I also saw that on wiki, that's a relief... But Kiefer himself said that 24 will not have a happy ending (last season is season 8, followed by a movie).
