Recently,I have had a bad sleeping problem.Sometimes even a small noise might wake me up and then I couldn't go to sleep easily.I tossed about in bed painfully.I couldn't tell the reason why I did so.I lied in bed in fact I thought nothing just a blank mind. But after the nightware the next morning it would be terrible.I had to raise my spirits and rushed to work. But you can guess my working efficiency. What would I do?Go to a doctor?Have you ever had a sleeping problem?

maybe there's something on your mind that you haven't shared to anyone, something or some feeling that's been bugging you. usually that's the reason why a person would be restless and couldn't sleep.
some people opt to be physically exhausted by the time they go to bed so that sleep would be just a moment away. some must be totally relaxed so he or she could just ease into sleep easily.
since i wouldn't know your sleeping habits, then i'd share mine.
i've had my share of sleepless nights. and yes, when something's on my mind. so i have to have my eyes totally exhausted or my body totally relaxed so i could go to sleep.
i usually read before going to bed. it helps tire my eyes. haha
or the best thing so far is really find a good bed, firm yet soft. have fresh clean sheets. a well ventilated room. with fresh scent of citrus, apple, or flowers or any of your favorite scent. have those ready after you've had a shower or bath. for sure... sleep will follow suit.

My sleeping problem is that I do not get enough. I really could use a larger bed, because my husband doesn't have bed manners. He will hog the whole bed, and I find myself hanging on the edge most nights. He pulls the covers off of me, so most nights, I spend fighting with covers and pushing him to his side.
Boy, what I would do for a good night's sleep.
